Many test results and radiology reports are not uploading to ManageMyHealth
We are currently experiencing some technical issues with the patient portal ManageMyHealth. Usually test results and radiology reports would automatically upload to your MMH account once your doctor has viewed and filed them, but these are not uploading at the moment. ManageMyHealth Support is aware and has been working on this issue for us for some time, but unfortunately has not been able to resolve it yet.
One of our clinicians will always contact you by phone if a result or report is urgent. If you don't hear from us by phone about your results, you can assume they are normal.
We are happy to email a copy of your results or reports to you if you wish. Please call or email reception to request this and they will get our practice assistant to send them to you. If you have any questions about your results, please call our nurse line or message your doctor via MMH.
We will make another post here once this upload issue has been resolved. In the meantime, we apologise for this inconvenience and encourage you to get in touch if you have any questions or concerns.
