To book an appointment with us

Our enrolled patients can make GP and NP bookings online or through the app if you have registered for our patient portal Well. For all practice nurse appointments please call reception. 

If you are not on Well, please call reception to book any appointments.

  • book appointments online

  • request repeat prescriptions 

  • message your GP or NP 

  • view your test results 

  • view your health records

  • be an enrolled patient at TTMC

  • have your own mobile phone and email address

  • either visit our TTMC portal or download the Well NZ app on App Store or Google Play

  • enter our practice code when prompted during registration: TMCENT

Complaints 

Complaints can be made to our Practice Manager.

You can do so by calling our manager line (option 3 when you call us), requesting a call back from the manager via reception, or by requesting the manager’s email address via reception. The Practice Manager will discuss your complaint with you and facilitate a resolution. 

If you wish to make a complaint to the Health and Disability Commissioner (HDC), or want help in raising your complaint with us, you can find information about this on the HDC website.
