Moving from Manage My Health to Centrik

We are very pleased to be able to confirm the dates of our changeover from Manage My Health to our new online patient portal!

Moving from MMH to a new portal

The portal we’re moving to is called Centrik and, like MMH, will be accessible to you either by app or your web browser.

Please take note of the important dates below:

Thurs 14 March: Your access to our services through Manage My Health will be closed off at 4PM.

This is to give our doctors and nurses enough time to work through and action their last wave of requests and messages from MMH before the weekend.

Mon 18 March: We will go live with Centrik and you will be able to register an account.

This means the start of this changeover is less than one week away.

After 4PM on Thurs 18 March, and before you get your Centrik account set up (if you choose to register for this platform), you will need to please call us for all appointment bookings, prescription requests, and queries.

Registering with the new platform

On Mon 18 March we will be sending out emails (likely via Mailchimp) with an invite link and code for Centrik and information on how to register your account.

If for any reason you don't receive an email, please call reception to request the invite link and code.

You need the invite link and code from us before you can register.

Services available on Centrik

You will be able to access the full range of services through Centrik that you’ve been able to access through Manage My Health, including:

• Booking appointments

• Ordering repeat prescriptions

• Messaging your doctor

• Viewing your medical notes

• Viewing your lab results

The layout of Centrik will be different but is very intuitive and user-friendly.

We have had access to a demo version of the Centrik app to see what it looks like from a patient’s perspective, and we have been working closely with Centrik and with our PHO, Tū Ora Compass Health, to ensure this is the right move for us and for our patients. We’re very excited about this and we hope that you’ll be pleased with the shift too.

We will post another reminder and send out another message via Manage My Health next week about Manage My Health’s imminent closure with us.
